The light that doesn't come on is probably on a nearby wall box or plate to feed electrical power to the boiler - switch fuse and light all in one fitting.
If the boiler is working the light in the box has likely failed - they nearly always use small neon lamps in these fittings - flickering orange.
Fix it in the spring. Stay warm...
