diplomat single gas oven/grill. oven part fine.
grill even when in off position, keeps sparking/ trying to ignite, when switched on same, click,click,click but no ingnition/ gas, when switch is turned on or off still click,click, click, click, have to un plug from electric.
help please.

Sounds like the grill has a microswitch attached to the grill knob that has gone faulty.It may have stuck but could need another microswitch.
