how can i fix my diplomat adp 8332 dishwasher?

I've emptied the water from the bottom of the dishwasher but whenever I turn it back on it trips the main fuse.Was originally showing a fault of f4.

f4 is the drain pump, sounds like water in the electrics to trip power, could by faulty pump
