A motor runs on at end of cycle on DWF50N Hotpoint?

Hotpoint DWF50N completes its cycle perfectly - but one of the motors keeps running until the Off switch is operated. Also the "Eco 45C" light flashes rapidly while that motor continues to run - probably an error message. What can I check please? Thanks.
