my power steering on my saxo 2000 reg is heavy when i start the car up but after about 5 -10 secs of driving goes bk to normal, the fluid is ok and tyres are not flat?
i have found this to be as they are your pump could be worn out but i would liv with it as itl most likely be just pushing the fluid through the pump to the rack for 5-10 secs
