how to fix a toilet cistern that takes forever to fill?
When I flush my toilet, the cistern takes forever to fill up. It takes at least 5 minutes to fill up again. Cannot flush properly until the cistern fills up.
Forgot to add the washer may be stuck that can also cause slow filling.

May need replacing or the water pressure turned up more. Check if it's tank fed [low pressure] or mains fed [high pressure]
