How can I remove a stuck CD from my CD player in car Nissan tino?

I have a stuck CD in my Nissan Tino and have been quoted £600 to supply and fit new CD which is ridiculous. It is connected to the climate control and radio can you suggest a replacement which will suit for a reasonable cost.
