I phoned them and asked for one and they are sending me one :)

I also need a manual for this model. I have phoned argos customer services and they took my details. These have been pased onto a company called "Click"?? don't know if the spelling is correct. They should phone me and give me a costing. Was hoping to get a free copy!

My Microwave Oven EM821AAN-X2 is just 8 months old and just yesterday,it only works without making the food hot. It works normally but the food is not hot at all. I have tried all means possible but no success.
