virgin media have closed them down !
they have also sent a bug to all links for firmware updates for the super box usb and all starview boxes 1,2,3.
if u down load any firmware at min your box gives out a low frequency bleep to virgin head quarters and they can track it !!.usally takes them 2 days then they send a burn signal to your line that destroys the processor and turns your box into an exspensive door wedge !!
beware be carefull be warned,you heard it here 1st.
