I need to change the VAT rate on My Omron RS4501 from 17.5% to 15% does anyone know how to do this

i have a user manual but no programming manual. it seems to be a (limited edition) because i cant find anyone who knows about or has one.

I've never heard of this model. Do you have the programming manual? I can't seem to find any info on it. Is it an older model?
I have some info for other older models, but I can't be sure if it will be the same for this one.
