Dyson DC04?

Help!!! My Dyson loses suction only when i pull the handle back to start hoovering, using the tools in the upright position is fine, i have cleaned both filters and there are no blockages that i can see, i have taken every section apart. Can anyone help? Thanks Diane x

You need to buy a new "internal hose" which fits underneath the vacuum - one end at the brushbar opening and the other at the inspection valve opening. It has probably either got a tear so needs replacing or else has just come lose at one end so just needs popping back in.

woo i fixed it......... it was the green plate that fits over the brushes!! Bonus!
