Hotpoint Aquarius 1100. I would like to know where is the filter so I can clean it. I've been told with any washing machine you should clean the filter around every 6 months.

I pulled off the panel at the front of the machine at the bottom and there was nothing there. Please help me before this causes a problem for me as I'm a disable person
