Bra Wire stuck?

I have a bra wire stuck inside the drum of my Hoover HNL7166. Any ideas how to remove it.

If you lay the machine on it's side, you will see a hose connected to the drum underneath, carefully take the hose off, and fish around with a bit of stiff wire, it would be best to bent it into the shape of a hook, you will be able to get the bra wire out, make sure you connect the hose back on properly, hpoe this helps

Drain machine by running the outlet pipe into a bucket at floor level or run the outlet pipe out of the back door if it'll reach. Power off, drag machine out onto the floor, remove back cover or tip machine up at an angle. Disconnect the sump hose (the big one which connects to the filter or pump) from bottom of drum and try to wiggle the item out. If that doesnt work you'll have to disconnect and remove the heater which should give another vantage point. Use a torch and a long thin stick to move the item to the sump outlet. When replacing the heater ensure it locates properly in its retaining clip inside the drum. This stops it contacting the moving drum- VERY IMPORTANT.

I had one stuck a few weeks ago, and what i did was to feel all the little holes in the drum , keep checking and you will eventually find the end of it ( it may only be sticking out by a few millimetres ) , then i got some pliers and simply pulled it out

It will be hard to find but honestly keep feeling and you will eventually find it

Good luck :)
