I have an apple Mac connected to a Belkin wireless G+ Mimo router?

I now want to also connect a PC laptop. My connection and signal strength is excellent but I cannot access anything on the web, all sites after searching respond with error, cannot display the page. What have I done wrong and how can I be connected to the internet but not access the sites. Which IP address should I use, the same as the MAC or do I need to change the end digits? I have an NTL/virgin modem.

You should not be setting an IP address. You should let the PC's adapter card settings pick one up automatically (DHCP). That way it will pick up the default DNS servers addresses too. I suggest that you reset the Mac to DHCP as well so as to avoid IP address clashes.

You should only use Fixed IP Addresses when you really have to, DHCP avoids problems such as you have.
