No hot water?

I have a Little Star boiler & from day one of it being fitted, exactly 5 years ago, I have had nothing but problems, the gas engineer is now on my christmas list ! - anyway, the problem this time is no hot water, the pressure is good - any ideas' please - thankyou

Its either your microswitch or diverter valve. I would recommend changing your microswitch first as its the easiest and cheapest part to replace. This is the one you require:
