Hi, my storage heater stopped working, but the boost still works. Its not heating up at all exept when boost is on. I have looked for the reset button and cant find it. I removed the front panel and looked at the top of heater and on the side panel. There is no button. Any help would be apreciated.
Hi - I have a diplex convector heater with fan booster on the front. The heater seemed fine the last time we used it before we put it in storage - standing up. There is a light showing electricity to the heater but the heating and fan booster are not working. It's model number is DX25F10. I understand there is likely to be a reset button inside. Is this the case and if so where can I find it. Thank you.

did you find the answer to your problem? mine is the same and I have removed the front cover but there is no pin to re set, my model is cxl24 N.

TURN OFF THE SUPPLY, TAKE OFF THE FRONT COVER, BY THE INPUT DIAL YOU SHOULD SEE A SMALL WHITE PIN STICKING UP (ABOUT THE SIZE OF A MATCHSTICK) MOUNTED ON A METAL STRIP. PRESS IT DOWN AND YOU MAY HEAR IT CLICK, THIS SHOULD RESET YOUR HEATER
