Replacing bulb in Dimplex WHT20?

How do you replace bulb in Dimplex WHT20 fire
Billy R, January 2009
Bulb has broken and cannot remove screw part of bulb from holder

Maria latter, December 2016
Remove coals and lay fireplace flat on it's back. Then take out the two screws centrally located on the front of the fire. The whole front then comes off. (My hand is too large to remove the bulbs with the front on).

Lay fire flat remove two screws one either side of front grill, remove grill, heh presto the bulbs, replace with two forty watt, small screw candle bulbs (not 60W as they dont last long), takes 5 mins, just done mine, no probs, good luck, enjoy your fire, had mine over 6years still as good as new, Jimbo

Remove coals lay fire flat.
Remove two screws, one at each side of coloured plastic insert.
Remove front grill complete with plastic insert and bulbs are now easily accessable.
Required bulbs are 40W SES Candle.

PeterB, December 2009
Remove coals lay fire flat. Look under front grill. You should see the bulbs,2 screw cap 40 watt candle bulbs. With a bit of care you should be able to gently unscrew and then replace without having to remove any screws. P.S. Just changed mine. Best of luck.
