My daughter has just moved into a flat which come with a Tricity Bendix aw1001w washing machine. There is water in the bottom of the drum but she can open the door. Each cycle she tries there is a buzzing noise from the machine but nothing works.

Can anyone help please.Thanks.

remove the filter.look inside the filter housing with a torch and check to see if there is anything jamming the drain pump impellor at the back
