nokia d box won't save channels when put in order is there a battrey back up as when turn off it go's bck to being all mixed up

i think thats the way it works , you might have to press the red button , to auto sort, after you change a channell , thats how digivox works , it dont save them , you just press red every time you change a channel, to get them back in order , mick
