The machine stopped halfway through a wash and will not drain or spin, it is showing the error E20, any advice welcome, thanks,

remove and check the filter at the bottom right corner.if the filter is clean and it still doesn't drain suspect something jammed in the drain pump impellor or seized up and needs replacing
