Hello,
Can anyone help me fix this 'cabbage' of a machine please. it is practically brand new - as in hardly used but just out of warranty. No matter what kind of disc I insert it either says cannot play disc or c1300 flashes on the lcd display, I have tried a lens cleaner in it but to no avail. On occasion it will recognise a dvd and begin to play but it always seems to crash out at around the 15 second mark. I was wondering if anyone knows of a fix before I have to bang my head against the brick wall which is sony support.
