my beko wm1512 is not completing its cycle?

my beko wm1512w washing machine is not completing its cycle the problem started when it would not drain or spin I cleared all pipes and changed motor brushes and now the problem is that it does not take on enough water so stops when reaching rinse cycle

have you checked the filter and drain pump impellor for objects or fluff wrapped around the drain pump impellor?.if not remove filter.shine a torch into the filter housing and check the impellor rotates freely
