It sounds as if the soap tray water solenoid is the problem. To check the soleniod, isolate supply to the machine, remove the top of the machine ( you may need a No2 torqe screwdriver if its not a STAR headed screw) . Trace the 2 water feed pipes on the machine side of the water soleonoid; one feed the soap tray , the other feed the drum.Carefully swap over the feed pipes from the solenoids then reinstate the supply to the machine, start the run program. If the water enters the tray and not the drum, this proves the other solenoid is faulty. You will have to purchase a twin outlet water solenoid.Isolate both water and electric supply to the machine, as all new machines are cold fill only, you need the flex./water hose removed. Be sure and mark the cabled supplying the twin solenoid.Remove the old faulty twin solenoid, then reverse the procidure, taking note of the corresponding wires.Reattach the flex./ hosepipe to the inlet side of the solenoid, ( remember to have the hosepipe HAND tight only).Turn on both electric and watersupply to the machine, checking for water leaks at all replacement parts.
