How can I fix a medion mp3 player?

I have a medion mp3 player 2.5gb (md80143)

It shut down the other day and now wont power back up at all, I have tried recharging it and plaugged int via usb to my pc but its just dead, any ideas???

thanx cuz, mine got stuck at bye-bye screen when shutting down and by pressing the combination you said it has shut down now and is in the process of being charged again, so fingers crossed

just press the two silver buttons and the round white button at the same time and hold for a couple of seconds.it should boot up as it has happened to me
