best to remove from floor and turn over bottom half only. use soft wire or flat metal snake to unclog.usually child toy or ? causing problem. very breakable porcelain.install new wax ring when done and dont over tighten floor bolts. there is a garden hose attachment that works very well if u can find one.it is green or black,4 in. long or so made of expandabl rubber that has a pressure relief valve inside .push fully into opening before applying water pressure to hose,will swell up closing off hole and when pressure get so high will release w/a gushing and removes clog,if not to bad.
