What to do with viruses?

Hello, could anyone help me? I have gotten 3 viruses ,but i have Norton anti-virus and it put these 3 in quarantine but what do i do with these? I could delete them but will i be deleteing files that i need? Thank,s for any answers.

download avg 7 it is a free download got www.grisoft.com it will recognize and delete most viruses make sure to keep it updated

Hi Dave , if Norton has put those files in to quarantine it will be safe for u to delete them. I have Norton and Zone Alarm and don't get any problems. Zone Alarm is very good u can down load the basic one free from www.download.com
