Hoover 2605A-L80 fridge freezer - how to replace thermostat?

Hi,

I have a Hoover 2605A-L80 fridge freezer unit. The freezer compartment seems to be working fine, the problem is that the fridge is far too cold.

I assume this is caused by a faulty thermostat or a valve somewhere not closing probably and therefore continuing to allow cold air from the freezer into the fridge compartment. For all the cost they are I intended on replacing the thermostat to try that but have not been able to locate it in the unit! Does anyone know how to access it?

Does anyone know how to check/fix this?
