zanussi zwd 1261 not drying clothes gets hot and steam comes out but clothes still damp

as you look at the machine there is a condensor tank down the right hand side.these get blocked up with fluff and cause the fault you describe.take the condensor tank off and wash it out with a hose pipe.refit and retry
