(SORRY ABOUT THAT NIGEL , TO GET INTO THE CODE BOX , PRESS MENU go to (system infomation) ok that " new window opens up , type 1004 , at it ,see the word (nagravision) ok that , to open the code box , were you enter the codes .

also try this , press menu" go to (installation) ok that , you should be in the scann box now, look for (E M U ) if its turned off " turn it on ! with your remote , it has to be set to on allways, when your in there , make sure that tellywest is in the provider box , if everything is ok in there , (ok) back out. now its only the codes thats stopping you , you need to update them ,, mick

what is it telling you when you turn it on , and are you in the UK or ireland ? who is your cable provider , ntl / tellywest / virgin . ect ? 22.30 pm
