my baxi 105e hot water only tepid i have changed diaphram hot water is ok when heating is on can any one help

It sounds like it could be the Flow Valve, when you turn a tap on the movement of water opens a valve this fires up the boiler. Somtimes Flow Valves stick and can be fixed by tapping the valve when a tap is turned on failing this fit a new one. Hope this is of some help
