Remove dispenser & filter from top of agitator. Down the bottom of the centre of the agitator you will find a plastic cover. Pull this out with a bent piece of wire formed into a hook. Under the cover is a 10mm hexagonal head bolt. Using a long extension & 100mm socket you can undo it to remove agitator.
