I need a code to get volume to work on control can you provide a code so i can rectify this problem as i can't seem to find one .

Go to web page clarity vision group ltd click on contacts and dial number shown 0 not 44 at beg of tel number tell them what tv it is and they will send a remote for your tv to your home.
