Irreplacable Belts?

Are you telling me that the frickin clutch will NOT disassemble? My hands are shaking and Im looking at the hammer. Why in the hell did they sell me a clutch-to-brush belt if I cant get the thing on? I'm about to go ballistic and get on the highway to find some answers, and someone is going to cower with apologies. I SWEAR IT ON THE GRAVE OF SADIE MY DOG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

Also--Nysod, thanks for the cheerleading but absolutely no useful information. Of course it did disassemble, no thanks to your "know it all" self. Perhaps you only CLAIM to know dysons back to front.

Chilling out didn't help, so I decided to get that sorry ass knob off. Once her skirt was up, the fix was clear. HOWEVER--ATTENTION-- there are 3 bearings that will scatter when the shaft is slid out, so lay out a towel to catch them!! You also need a small pair of split ring separaters to pull the shaft. I didn't have them, so a little ingenuity will make this possible. After that.......EASY MONEY!

Now calm down dear-It's only a Dyson. Of course it will disassemble but only if you chill out and use your brain instead of your mouth.
Think about it whilst I go and help someone more deserving.
