zanussi zsf 6150 water not heating?

the water is not heating in the main wash. How can i tell if it is the heater or if the main pcb tracking blown? How do I get to them? thanks

Same problems with the solution being the one with the control unit.
Really easy for everyone with a soldering iron. Only comment "around the relay" means on the right hand side under the big black box. Actually, if the joint is blown, once you look on the underside you see some blackening of the case and the pcb.
Thanks!

HEATER.heaters is in the base.tip the dishwasher on its back and take parts off until you can get access to test the element.will need a multimeter and the resistance is around 25 ohms.FASCIA.remove the screws from the stainless inner door side from around front control panel.remove control panel unscrew and unclip pcb.remove wiring (take photo for rebuild).split plastic pcb housing and remove pcb.check tracks and pcb around relay area.bad solder joints or blown pcb tracks
