where can I get replacement coals for my cannon caress gas fire?
My gas fire is probably less efficient with the coals being 15 years old but I can't seem to locate new ones. I do have the instruction manual for anyone who wants to know how to position them.
hi.....i have the same problem but don't know exactly how to replace them. all the coals have letters on them but if you could let me have any advice i'd be eternally grateful.

It seems ebay sells them as have seen them on there before. If you cld email me the manual i'd be very grateful as my fire has been cut off and engineer wont reconnect without coal placement guide. Thanks, gsimmons24@hotmail.com
