Our push flush toilet works alright until it gets to the point where its nearly refilled,just before it finshes filling there is juddering noise and a thud.Can this be sorted ,the unit is only 2 years old.

this is a condition caused by a loose washer and water vibrating as it rushes past the washer..... the ballvave assembly will contain the offending washer and taking it apart will reveal it. make sure and isolate the water supply first. take the old washer to the hardware shop and ask for a replacement....
