how can I fix my whirlpool 6th sense AWO 3761/S 6KG?

when i put the washing machine on a setting the pump goes on and the door locked light flashes then the washing machine wont do its cycle

Check the cable from the motor to timer, the machine does a self test before starting, you will more than likely find a break in a wire at the motor plug end
