E Nr WF 02860GB/01 FD 8107 700078. The machine cycle stops approx 8 mins before it is suppose to. This is in the middle of the spin cycle resulting in unacceptably wet washing. This model of machine has a count-down timer so you can see it count down to 8:00 (sometimes 7:00 and once 6:00) then goes to 0:00 and stops. The spin cycle starts at 11:00.

Hi Trevor,
I have the same washing machine and you describe the exact problem that I have. I have replaced the carbon brushes but the problem persists. Did your problem go away after they were replaced?

I understand it is the main motor brushes need replacing.
I have the same problem and will give it a try.
