my 1gb mp3 player keeps playing the music but not the vocals of the song and sometimes i have to bend my head phones at the end of the cord to make it work. i know its not the head phones cause i tried 2 other pairs that work fine on other players. How do i fix it?

get a new mp3 player, if u got it at walmart then that's probably why it's not working, if u got it at best buy then i don't know what's wrong with it, my mp3 player doesn't work either, it keeps on going on and off once i turn it on and has this pic ilo and on the sides there's like white....
