How can I receive Freeview channels on my upstairs TV?

I am on Virgin Media Cable (Digital) which comes into the house downstairs, this then feeds my main TV through A HDMI lead from the 'set-top' box. The main TV also has a built-in Freeview box so main TV is fully equipped.
I then have an amp box feeding the upstairs TV but this set only can recieve the 5 terrestrial channels?
How can I get more incl. the Freeview channels upstairs?
If anybody can offer any help on this I would be very pleased

Im on Virgin Cable too, I use a scart from digibox to lounge tv, but use the RF out on digibox to run outside,up and in to bedroom. You can watch upstairs what evers on downstairs.Otherwise buy another freeview box for £20 u tightarse.

Not sure what the amp box is but essentially you need two things in order to receive Freeview: an aerial feed (the feed from your Virgin does not carry Freeview) and a Freeview Set top box.
