Okay so I've been in school all day with the mp3 in my pocket and when I took it out it was stuck on the shut down screen. All it says is "Shut down" and has the fully charged battery at the top. Ive tried plugging it in, shutting it down and pressing the buttons, but it won't fully shut down, it's just kind of frozen. D: I just got it not even a month ago... did I break it?
