replacing Auxillary belt Renault Scenic 1.9D dCi, timing problem?

Replacing broken auxillary belt on Renault scenic 1.9D dCi JA05. Belt shredded, pieces got into timingbelt cover, causing timing to go out. Also camsensor gives diagnostic fault code "243 camshaft position cons". What does this fault code mean please?
Can't get it to start, wonder about possibility of valve/cam damage, seem to get piston-valve interference, when timing appears correct, I.e belt & timing marks aligned.
I do not have diagrams and spec for belt replacement and timing for JA05 engine, if you are able to provide these, it would be a help,

remove the camshaft pulley, you will probably find the locating lug has sheared off.you are timing up the sprockets but the camsprocket is not in the correct place in relation to the camshaft, this will cause the camsensor to pick up the incorrect position fault.
