How can i fix my Mikomi KBR0108 Keyboard?

cannot get the Multimedia keys to work.
all other keys are working

this is a reply to last amswer.
The keyboard came with a drive CD and has been installed,but the hot keys will not work.
Thanks any more ideas.
i.e.Other downloads ect.

The keyboard probably needs drivers for those keys to work. If the keyboard did not come with a driver CD and instructions on how to install it, take it back to Argos (Mikomi is Argos) for a refund.
