citroen van poor starting?

citroen berlingo has eveloped poor starting runs perfect once running. problem worse on cold mornings

Sounds like a faulty glow plug or two, if memory serves me well at least one or maybe two requires the injector pump to be removed in order to get at it. That is why these plugs are never changed, you will get a lumpyness from cold and a bit of smoke once the engine is warm all is fine. If this is so you will have to pay a garage the time to remove and refit the pump. Find a diesel specialist as they do this more often than your average garage.
