my tricity bendix condenser tryer turns, the fan works but there is no heat?

hi my dryer seems to work but does not produce any heat at all, any ideas

thermostat inside the drum open circuit???.hold a mirror inside drum and up at top you will see 2 pozi screws.behind there is a thermostat.remove it and test both contacts are closed circuit.if open circuit will need replacing.
