Sometimes whem we put on a load the machine produces smoke and a burning rubber smell too but it doesn't do it all the time!
Are we putting too much in or has/does this happen to all BEKO machines?

common issue.where the stainless steel inner drum meets the edge of the grey door gasket they rub.if you look at the stainless tub edge you will find rubber stuck to it and a groove worn into the back side of the door gasket.there is a modified door gasket available but once it wears in to the old door gasket it will be ok.clean the rubber of the stainless drum and continue using
