How can I fix my Unidare storage heater WMS712N?

Please can someone help..
My unidare WMS712N storage heater doesnt work
I have carried out the suggestion made by a user on this website, when opening up the storage heater I couldnt see a red light which i could push?

Ive had two call outs and both times they can not work out the problem.
In total I have 4 storage heater and only one of them works...
one call out suggested no power going from the mains to the heater (run on different fuse boxes) if this is the case then why is one of them still working?

I believe where ive cover the heaters from time to time and ive overheated them.

Please can someone help!! any suggestion would be great. Thanks.

Can someone tell me which control is which on my Unidare storage heater?
Is the left control for temperature control or booster?

Having now seen the question that you previously read I think you misunderstood what was said. The red light referred to could be on the switch that controls the heater but not all switches have this light and even if it does it will only be on when the cheap rate tariff is on normally about 11pm to 7 am but regions vary.
According to the answer you read there should be a red button which you have to press. I assume this is some sort of resettable fuse which operates to prevent the heater from overheating and going on fire.
As always make sure there is no supply to the heater if you're going to look at the insides. A handy instrument to have is an electrical tester screwdriver which can tell you what is live when you put the blade end against the contact and press the end of the handle. A neon lights if there is mains power there.

Hi, I don't have unidare storage heaters ,mine are dimplex but the circuit I presume will be the same. I would expect each heater to have it's own separate fuse in the night storage heater fuse block so first point of checking is to make sure that the fuses are good (this could explain one on three off ) however if the switch by the heater has a red neon on it and this lights when your cheap rate tariff starts probably about 11pm there is no need to check the fuse as power is getting to the switch.
