The pilot light has gone out and with that the heating and hot water. There is no manuel as I just moved into the house 3 months ago and it did not come with one.

I figured out it's not the out of water light..

Can anybody help?

my vokera excell 80sp combi has a problem on water side .turn on tap hot water for 3mins then shuts down boiler have to turn off tap and turn on again .any ideas

similar to you, i have moved into a flat with a tempramental vokera boiler but no manual. After long searching, i called vokera (0870 333 0220) who told me i could download the manual from their website (www.vokera.co.uk). Click on products, then discontinued products, then choose your boiler type for a downloadable pdf manual. enjoy!
