Hi, Do a quick search on google and you will soon realise that the FF187E is notorious for this. Basically the fridge is dependent on the freezer having no "ice". This fridge freezer advertises itself as frost free but alas you do have to defrost the freezer every three months otherwise you fridge fan stops working. Defrost for 24 hours and your back on. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
