I have to manually empty the Machine via the small hose at the bottom of the washing machine at the front Before it will spin properly ( I blow into the hose in order for it to start up) This is very time consuming and a pain! It does not Rinse the clothes the machine stops as soon as it reaches this stage of the cleaning process. Then I have to pull out the small hose set the machine to Drain press the start button and then blow down the small tube the water then drains into a bowl which I empty into a bucket till the water is drained I then set it to spin press the start button and again Blow down the tube before it starts properly and again go through the filling of the bowl and emptying it again 3/4 times before the clothes are spinned properly. I am unemployed/Long term sick so Finances are at a minimum! I would appreciate all and any help recieved Thank you for your support.

need a replacement drain pump, you said your self machine WILL SPIN if you manually drain the water out.
Also check the drain pipe outlet between the pump and the sink/standpipe could have a blockage
